The NA group is active in the whole spectrum from theory of ordinary and partial differential equations to applications. There is a close cooperation with PSCI and PDC.

PSCIs area of research is scientific computing with industrial applications. This covers the development and analysis of mathematical models for scientific and industrial processes, the approximation by numerical algorithms, and the implementation on modern computer architectures.

PDC - Center for Parallel Computers

PDC offers high-performance computers, mass storage, visualization resources and advanced support to Swedish research and education. A fully immersive visualization Cube, the supercomputer IBM SP Strindberg , and large PC-clusters are among the primary resources.
