Grading on Basic Intenet Programming, spring 2010

Labs

On the labs, all tasks are assigned 5 internal credits. As there are 20 tasks, it is possible to collect 100 credits if you complete all tasks. Thus, the final grading follows the following scheme:

Total creditsgrade
90 or aboveA
80 or aboveB
70 or aboveC
60 or aboveD
50 or aboveE
45 or aboveFx
less than 45F

Project

In the project you are required to make use of as much of the different techniques as possible, while in the labs they were merely examplified.

For each of the techniques: server-side programming, javascript, css, database use, you will get from 5 to 25 credits depending on code quality, layout of visible items, interaction, et.c. A good use of extra features will add to your credits. The same scale is used for the grading as in labs.

Final grading

Adding the credits for the labs and the project I grade accordning to
Total creditsgrade
180 or aboveA
160 or aboveB
140 or aboveC
120 or aboveD
100 or aboveE
90 or aboveFx
less than 90F
So, it is profitable to extend your project and to complete all tasks in the labs, including optional tasks.
