This course introduces Bioinformatics. Our main focus is on computer analysis of biological molecular sequences such as DNA and proteins. See the course handbook for more details!

For inspiration, have a look at an overview of a meta-genomics project that has used a lot of bioinformatics!

Are you interested in this course, but don't currently study at KTH? You are very welcome to participate in the fall course, starting Oct 30 or there around. Please inquire with antagning@kth.se, the central Admissions Office. There are webpages with instructions, but I cannot find my way around there in any reasonable manner.
