Examination and grading

The examination of this course is by lab work only, no exam. There are three labs, one for each area of the course: genomics, transcriptomics, and proteomics.

Solving each lab assignment satisfactory will reward you grade D. We reserve grade E to weaker assignments and poor course participation.

Higher grades are awarded to those who solve the advanced parts of the labs. Each advanced assignment you do will raise your grade one step. Hence, to get an A you do all three advanced lab assignments.
