The program gives students knowledge, skills and networks to continue on entrepreneurial, engineering or research leader tracks to the bio tech and pharmaceutical industries and to academia in the post-genome and bio-simulation era.
The programme is directed by the staff of KTH Dept of Computational Biology in the School of Computer Science and Communication (CSC).
Tutoring, student advisers and lecturers on most of the first year courses are from Computational Biology. In the second year specialisations, courses are also offered from CSC broadly, from the KTH Schools of Biotechnology and Industrial Engineering and Management, and from the Stockholm School of Entrepreneurship.
