About me


I have got my Phd on 2009 from the Department of Electrical and Computer Eng. of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (Greece) working on the force/position control of kinematically uncertain robotic systems under a grant from the State Scholarships Foundation of Greece. Subsequently, I have had a Fellowship from the Research Committee of AUTh for my postdoctoral research work on prescribed performance robot control. I have worked in CVAP/CAS as a postdoctoral researcher for conducting research that concerns control of robots for household applications and dual arm manipulation and I have recently promoted to Senior Resercher. I have been reviewer for top-rated journals and conferences in the fields of robotics and control systems. From Feb. 2014 I am treasuer of the IEEE Robotics Chapter in Sweden. I am currently running the project (projecktbidrag - Unga forskare) Cooperative Human Robot Object Manipulation via Adaptive learning control (CHROMA) which is funded by Swedish Reaseach Council (VR).
