I fear that we will not have time to run enough games in the limited time we have for each match so I think that we need to run as many as the time permits. When the time is up the one with the most wins will win.

Competition is not graded? It is merely for experience, pride and comparison of effectiveness of different agents designs.

Yes, it is graded in the sense that I hope to see a certain correlation between the teams that put a lot of effort into the design and the teams that do well in the competition. However, being eliminated in the group games does not mean that you cannot get grade 5 and winning does not mean that you automatically get grade 5.
