Listing of code for the high performance manipulator

The code is provided here with the hope that this will help others trying to implement more or less similar robot manipulators. The code is presented "as is", with no guarantees whatsoever regarding correctness or usability. If you find errors in the code, or make your own improvements, please feel free to contact me, Christian Smith. I will do my best to correct errors and will gladly post any code improvements here, or link to your posting of them, if desired.
