+ Fenhax method for smooth moves needs fix

+ Make it read configuration from a file instead of 
  compile it into ttchess_mysql.java

+ Some kind of formated end-user output in console, or logfile

+ Make it write PGN-files directly if user wants to, (instead) of
  the mysql connection

+ Write a clean, basic php class user easily can use with 
  her own html/php-site with minimal modification. Practical,
  this means stripping down the given php tournament project.
