Courses

Advanced Individual Course in Computational Biology. This course was designed for the (discontinued) MSc course on Quantitative Systems Biology, but is still available for students who want to do a short project course (four weeks full-time work) in Computational Biology.

Advanced Individual Course in Computational Biology. Same as previous course, only six weeks' full-time work.

Quantitative Systems Biology. This course is no longer offered at KTH, though still listed on some web pages of KTH. The material from the last time the course was given can be found here.

Modern Methods of Statistical Learning. For a number of years I have given guest lectures in this course (main lecturer: Timo Koski). In the academic year 2018-2019 I will give three lectures on inference on models in exponential families. For more information, see course web page.

PhD course. Occasionally I give a PhD course on a topic of interest. As usual such a course is given "as is". Students who want to take the course for credits should agree with their supervisor how many credits the course is worth, and what is required as to documentation, examination, etc.
