I am TA-ing the KTH Robotics Course where some 60+ students start from couple of PCB's, a camera and bunch of sensors and scraps of metal to build a maze crawling robot which is supposed o start in an unknown maze, explore, detect various objects via it's camera and finally pick up objects in the correct order to drop them off at the maze entrance!

This year (2011) the winning team managed to pick up 3 out of 5 objects in the correct order while avoiding all bomb objects in the maze! Given a few more days after the competition, 5 teams out of 9 successfully completed the whole scenario. We have had great students who were handpicked to become Ms.C. students at CVAP later on.

We also have a youtube channel where several of end results and progress videos are posted. Here's one of my favorite (turn the sound on so hear some starcraft awesomeness!)
