Getting into the building

Once you get to the building (see below) you will have to get in. This requires an access card. If you read this you most likely do not have such a card. If you arrive after 8am and before 5pm (I think) you will be allowed to enter the front door of the building without a card. To get into CAS/CVAP on floor 7 there are two options
  • you to take the stairs and knock on the corridor door from the stairs (exercise!).
  • you call me (6731) using the phone and then step into the elevator and I will send it up (not so much exercise)

Getting here by walking

To reach us the from KTH campus follow the pedestrian street Osquars Backe, left of the KTH main building. After less than 100 meters you will pass the library. CVAP/CAS is the first building on the left after the library. See also the above map.

Getting here by subway

Take subway no. 24 (Fruängen -> Mörby Centrum) and exit at Tekniska Högskolan, three stops from the central station. Exit at entrance Östra Station. Coming up to the street level you will have the train station Östra Station to your left, but continue forward approx. 50 meters to the zebra crossing. Cross the road and follow the pedestrian street Osquars Backe, left of the KTH main building. After less than 100 meters you will pass the library. CVAP/CAS is the first building on the left after the library. See also the above map.

Getting here by air

Flying to Stockholm you will normally arrive at Arlanda airport (for Bromma airport see below). From Arlanda you can either take a taxi directly to Teknikringen 14 or take an airport bus. If you go by taxi the price should be in the range 350-450 SEK, check at the airport. Going by bus you should take the airport bus to the Central Station. From there you could either take the subway (approx 200m walking distance through the Central Station to the subway), see directions above, or take a taxi (approx 100 SEK). If you arrive at Bromma airport we suggest that you either take a taxi directly to Teknikringen 14 or take a bus to the Central Station and then continue by subway or taxi (see above).

Getting here by bus

A number of buses will take you to Östra Station including the city buses no. 4, 44 and 73. From there you have about 5 minutes walking distance, see the above map and directions for subway.

Getting here by car

Getting here by car is fairly easy.

Entering Stocholm from the south

E4 - exit at Nortull - Roslagstull - Valhallavägen - after passing Östra Station and KTH, make a U-turn on Valhallavägen - turn right onto Dr Kristinas väg.

Drive Dr Kristinas väg past "system & bror". Turn right on Teknikringen next to the Red cross hospital. Continue until you see a sign Teknikringen 8, 12, 14, where you turn left and locate a suitable parking place. Remember to pay for the parking!
