Which party had the strongest municipality support overall in 2006? S
In which municipality? Kalix
In how many municipalities did the S party increase their support between the two elections? With no decimal values, there are 24 municipalities where S got non-zero positive change

In which province was the support for the S party strongest in 2006? Norrbottens län

In which province was the support for the M party strongest in 2006? (I suppose the question should be about 2002) Stockholms län
Did this change between 2004 and 2006? No
Is it reasonable to say that the support for non-parliament parties (ÖVR) is strongest in the southern Swedish provinces? Why? Why not? You could sort the provinces by support for ÖVR and see which provinces are in the top. Then you see that both Skåne and Blekinge which are southern provinces are in the top with 9 and 8% each. After that comes Dalarna with 6%, which is not a southern province. Dalarna also share this percentage with many of the other provinces. So if you by southern provinces mean only Blekinge and Skåne, I guess you could say that the support is strongest there. Otherwise, there are so many provinces with similar support (6%, 5%, 4%) that I would say that you can't really say much about it. The ranking for these could easily change only by the slightest change of results.
Would you say that there are trends that correlate election participation with support for specific parties? If yes, describe these trends. If no, motivate why! Well, checking the top five election participation municipalities' votes you can see that they coincide with the municipalities in which support for M was the strongest. The bottom participation municipalities also seem to have strongest support for S. This is not exactly a trend though. Something with trying to connect election participation and party support seems fishy though, I just cannot figure out exactly what.
